Justin Burton, a Utah bankruptcy attorney, is the managing attorney at Rulon T. Burton & Associates, P.C., where he manages all areas of practice. Mr. Burton practices primarily in the field of bankruptcy. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in business finance, with an emphasis in economics and accounting. In 1993 he graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School and entered the practice of law in the state of Utah.
While in law school Mr. Burton spent his summers interning with a law firm which specialized in bankruptcy law. After graduation Mr. Burton spent his first year with Rulon T. Burton & Associates practicing family law and successfully handling several hundred contested and uncontested cases.
Subsequently he has dedicated his entire practice to bankruptcy law for the last 18 years. He is well known for his high quality of work as a Chapter 13 attorney for bankruptcy law. He has represented thousands of individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy and is well known in the bankruptcy community.
Mr. Burton has strong ties to the local community, spending many hours each week serving the community. In recent years he has spent significant time volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America.
